Hi, I'm Meghan - a learning strategist, program builder, and people development pro who believes that growth should be intentional, impactful, and never boring.

With 7+ years of experience across talent development, facilitation, onboarding, and project management, I specialize in building learning experiences that actually do something - whether that's ramping up 350+ new hires, launching an enterprise-wide learning platform, or designing a high impact internship program that delivered $135k in ROI.

I've led cross-functional projects from the ground up, developed content in tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Express, and Canva, and facilitated workshops using frameworks like MBTI and Working Genius - all while keeping a sharp eye on strategy, scalability, and user experience.

When I'm not building learning programs or organizing workflows, you'll usually find me volunteering in the community, deep in a nonfiction rabbit hole, or roping my family into whatever project I'm currently "just trying out." I'm big into growth - the kind you plan for, the kind you stumble into, and the kind that quietly unfolds when a great book shifts your entire perspective on time, priorities, or purpose.
